Vendor Terms Review
Paste your vendor's terms. Get the clauses a buyer should read before signing, each one flagged for review with the sentence it was found in.
Works on terms of service, SaaS agreements and contracts. Items are flagged for review; nothing here is a verdict or legal advice.

What the detectors are and how good they are
Vendor-terms detector: a fine-tuned Legal-BERT model trained on EU consumer-law annotations of 50 online-platform Terms of Service (2006-2017 texts; LexGLUE UNFAIR-ToS, CC BY 4.0). On the held-out test set (1,607 sentences, scored once) it reached macro average precision 0.8775 and LexGLUE micro-/macro-F1 0.957 / 0.824 (published Legal-BERT baseline: 0.960 / 0.830). Per-item figures below ("right X of 10 times") are that test set's precision at the threshold used here.
Contract-clause detector: Legal-BERT + TF-IDF models trained on CUAD (510 commercial contracts filed with the SEC, CC BY 4.0); cross-validated average precision 0.7320 over its 8 key clauses on 420 contracts. Change of control, exclusivity and non-compete are its weakest clauses.
Both were trained on texts that differ from a typical B2B vendor agreement; expect misses and false flags. Not legal advice.
